Will I receive the same Fairy every visit?
For recurring cleaning packages, we aim to assign the same Fairy Cleaner to every scheduled visit whenever possible. This creates familiarity, trust and a consistent cleaning routine.
What happens if my Fairy is unavailable?
If your regular Fairy Cleaner is unavailable, our team will contact you to arrange a vetted replacement or offer an alternative booking date.
Do I provide the cleaning products?
For standard maid-service visits, clients provide the cleaning products and equipment used in their homes. If products or specialised equipment are included in a particular service, this will be confirmed in your quotation.
What does a normal visit include?
A normal visit can include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, general tidying and cleaning accessible surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas. The exact tasks will depend on your selected package and agreed requirements.
Can I request ironing or laundry only?
Yes. Laundry and ironing can be requested as part of selected packages or as a specific household-support requirement. Please mention this when booking so that the correct service can be quoted.

Yes. Our Fairy Cleaners are carefully selected, vetted and trained before being assigned to clients. We focus on professionalism, reliability and respectful service.
How does payment work?
The available payment method and payment terms will be included in your quotation or booking confirmation. Your booking will be confirmed once any required payment has been received.
Can I change or reschedule my booking?
Yes. Please contact the team as early as possible if you need to change your booking. Alternative dates and times will depend on availability and the applicable rescheduling policy.
